Courses

The SIMN PhD Programme organizes a set of Advanced Courses on a variety of experimental and numerical techniques to improve the technical skills of the PhD Students.

Each Course consists of 8 hrs (1 ECTS) of teaching and practical or lab activity. A final exam will certify the acquisition of the competencies.

The Courses are given in two semesters: the First Semester Courses are in January-March and, for the Second Semester, in June-July.

A sketch of the Educational Offer Structure and of the Training Plan are also reported.

>>> IMPORTANT: Due to the Covid-19 emergency, the practical lab activities are temporarily suspended. They will restart as soon as the safety prescriptions for entering the labs will allow them again.
