The PhD-programme in Molecular Sciences is in convention with the Department of Chemical Sciences and Materials Technologies (DSCTM) of the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche (CNR). Each diploma in 'Molecular Sciences' released by the University of Padova mentions the convention with CNR.

Scholarships funded by CNR are published in the admission call as 'Scholarships with Predetermined Research Topic'. Interested candidates have to explicitly express their interest for these positions during application.

PhD-students funded by scholarships financed by CNR will carry out their research at the respective CNR-institute, but have the same teaching obbligations as students working in Padova.
