Since 2019 (35th cycle) the PhD-Programme in Molecular Sciences at the University of Padova is in convention with the Department of Chemical Sciences and Materials Technologies (DSCTM) of the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche (CNR). Each diploma in 'Molecular Sciences' released by the University of Padova (35th-37th cycle) will mention the convention with CNR.

Scholarships funded by CNR are published in the admission call as 'Scholarships with Predetermined Research Topic'. Interested candidates have to explicitly express their interest for these positions during application.

PhD-students funded by scholarships financed by CNR will carry out their research at the respective CNR-institute, but have the same teaching obbligations as students carrying out their research project in Padova. Special arrangements will be made to facilitate participation of CNR-students in the training programme.
